Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items, including all original tags and gothic packaging, into a secure shipping mailer or box.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our coven inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
